We are seeking a dedicated Adolescent Therapist Leader to provide therapeutic services to youth in Tampa, Florida.

About the Position

This role involves assessing residents' needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family sessions. The successful candidate will work closely with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate with community agencies to support residents' transition back into their communities.

Responsibilities
  • The Adolescent Therapist Leader will engage residents in activities aimed at promoting positive behaviors, coping skills, and self-awareness.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct thorough assessments of residents' strengths, weaknesses, and treatment needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaboration with the treatment team and community agencies will be key in coordinating residents' transition back into their communities.
  • The successful candidate will communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to ensure seamless care coordination and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • The Adolescent Therapist Leader will foster a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding among residents and staff, promoting a supportive environment where residents can thrive.
  • Maintaining accurate records of residents' progress, treatment plans, and communication with stakeholders is essential for effective care delivery.
  • The successful candidate will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards governing therapy practice.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology, along with a valid Florida license (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT), is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience working directly with children and adolescents after obtaining their license.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
