We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to join our founding team at Guidepost Montessori in Clarksville, Tennessee. As a Lead Guide, you will create and lead a model classroom, inspiring children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a high-quality Montessori program for infants
  • Lead a team of trained Montessori Mentor Teachers in professional development and feedback
  • Collaborate with parents to create a supportive learning environment
  • Manage a classroom budget to create a unique and engaging learning space

Requirements
  • MACTE-accredited Montessori Teacher Diploma or willingness to obtain
  • 2 clock hours of pre-service training
  • Experience working with infants in a group setting
