Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and respect by reporting concerns and participating in incident reporting and root cause analysis.
- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
