As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be integral in ensuring financial stability and fostering growth within the organization.
Reporting directly to the Treasury lead, your daily tasks will encompass managing cash flow, enhancing liquidity, and guaranteeing that all funds are meticulously tracked and strategically utilized.

You will harness technology and innovative approaches to streamline the global Treasury operations, collaborating with teams across various regions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily cash management and funding processes, facilitating intercompany transactions and payments, addressing potential funding gaps, and managing external interest and fee obligations.

- Collaborate with key global banking partners to establish and close bank accounts, strategically evaluating and incorporating products and services into accounts.

- Support the administration and management of Corporate Cards for employees and banking partners.

- Aid in the development of an efficient global cash and banking framework to release trapped cash and ensure adequate funding for all entities.

- Document investment details, including money markets, repos, time deposits, and derivatives such as interest rate swaps and FX forwards.

- Create and document processes, procedures, and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash, risk metrics, accounting, and debt utilization.

- Assist with system and bank portal requests, including user access, reporting, system configuration, and performance controls.

- Contribute to strategic planning for Bank RFPs, insurance renewals, and group financing initiatives.

- Promote continuous improvements and optimization of the Treasury systems landscape, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.


Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.- Expertise in cash positioning and funding within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.- Ability to compose clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures and controls.- Proficiency in Treasury systems (Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury).- Experience in processing payments accurately and in a timely manner.- Demonstrated success in managing ad-hoc projects related to Finance and Treasury.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with team members at all organizational levels.- A strong desire to enhance the performance and profile of the Treasury team.- Relevant accounting certification (CPA, CMA) and/or a Treasury qualification (CTP).

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000.

Salary offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable licensure or certifications.
