Role Summary:
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will support the Pharmacist in various tasks including the preparation, distribution, and management of medication inventory. Your role will also involve assisting in the training of pharmacy technicians and contributing to the enhancement of workflow efficiency. The Pharmacist will oversee all medications and preparations prior to dispensing, ensuring compliance with our mission and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program.
- Licensure: Must possess a Pharmacy Intern or Technician License from the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience: Previous experience as a technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification: No specific certification required.
- Skills: Proficient in computer usage.
