Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community participation, helping individuals to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene
  • Provide transportation and support for community outings, medical appointments, and shopping
  • Help individuals with developmental goals, such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist individuals with redirecting agitated or aggressive behaviors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • 6 months of experience in human services preferred
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Successful clearance of background checks
