Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support to managers at a business unit/function level, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management staff to develop and implement solutions to HR-related challenges.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
