  • Assessment and Service Delivery: Conduct evaluations and provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients in their residences or care facilities.
  • Collaboration: Engage in the formulation and assessment of individualized treatment strategies.
  • Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures: Implement diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
  • Education: Offer guidance and training to patients and their families to enhance communication skills.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate maintenance and submission of necessary clinical records.
  • Care Coordination: Actively participate in multidisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology.
  • A minimum of six months of professional experience in speech therapy.
  • Experience in home health settings is preferred.
  • Valid and unrestricted state licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation are essential.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Compensation: Salary range of $76,800 - $105,800 annually.
