The ideal candidate will serve as a Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst, focusing on the management of technical projects in collaboration with the Global Commodities Middle Office and Operations teams. Key responsibilities will include enhancing the firm's pricing, valuations, and profit & loss frameworks, as well as optimizing trade and position management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Commodities Middle Office and Operations teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications in partnership with Technology teams.
  • Oversee the inventory and prioritization of projects and system enhancements.
  • Maintain the documentation structure for critical Middle Office and Operations workflows and coordinate with relevant teams for ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management or business analysis within a Commodities trading environment.
  • Proficient in technology infrastructure and data flow systems.
  • Strong experience with project management software and presentation tools.
  • Proven track record in workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
