Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients
  • Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care

Requirements:

  • Current RN license for the State of Hawai'i
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a community health center or managed care environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a community health center or managed care environment
  • Knowledge of community health care principles and practices
  • Leadership and management experience, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety
