About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and respected dental practice with a strong reputation in the community. As an Endodontic Specialist, you will have the autonomy to practice endodontics in a way that aligns with your values and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional endodontic care to patients, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with our team of clinicians and administrators to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in endodontics.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited advanced dental education program or equivalent recognized by the American Dental Association.
- Dental Degree (DMD or DDS) from an accredited advanced dental education program or equivalent recognized by the American Dental Association.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base rate of $10,000/month for the first 6 months or 40% of collections, whichever is greater.
- A signing bonus of $20,000.
- A relocation package up to $10,000.
- A path to partnership at 24 months.
