Job DescriptionThe Medical Support Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with patient intake and registration processes
- Preparing patients for exams and procedures
- Accompanying patients to exam rooms and assisting with testing and treatment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved medical assistant training program (or equivalent experience)
- Certification as a medical assistant (CMA) or registered medical assistant (RMA) is preferred, but not required
