At Carrollton Springs, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As an Activity Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with nursing and program staff to ensure seamless delivery of therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide direction and guidance to nursing staff regarding activity-related groups.
  • Participate in treatment teams to contribute to the development of patient Activity Therapy goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreational, Music, or Art Therapy or a related field.
  • Licensure or certification as required by state of practice.
  • CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with a focus on chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
