- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless data center operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data center installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Skills: Proficiency in network infrastructure, cabling, and troubleshooting; knowledge of data center infrastructure technologies; ability to read and understand blueprints and building documentation.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 certification desired; BICSI and industry certifications a plus.
- Physical Demands: Primarily walking, standing, and bending for extended periods; ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Visual Requirements: Ability to read and understand blueprints and building documentation.
- Work Environment: Data center environment with exposure to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with occasional overtime required.
