About the Role

Grayson Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality repairs.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer service.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on BMW vehicles
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and meet productivity standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary automotive training
  • At least three years of dealer-level experience
  • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
