Therapist - Pool

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in a pool position. As a Therapist, you will provide direct social services to patients and their families, developing and coordinating treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families, including crisis intervention and case management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, setting SMART goals and interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment status in medical records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including referrals to outpatient providers and other stakeholders.
• Support patients and families in achieving their goals, providing education and resources as needed.
• Participate in psychoeducational support sessions and group therapies, promoting patient engagement and participation.
• Adhere to System policies and procedures, including Mandatory Reporting and clinical effectiveness guidelines.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or certification in a relevant field, such as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, or SWTC.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for diverse age groups and populations.
• Ability to work in an acute care setting, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
