Job Summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a highly skilled Stryker Field Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sustainment organization, you will play a critical role in providing advanced troubleshooting and repair techniques to Stryker variants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations worldwide to support customers and provide hands-on training to mechanics and operators.
  • Monitor and maintain configuration management for Stryker variants, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services on all Stryker variants, including sub-components and LRUs.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot malfunctions in automotive systems, using built-in test equipment and manual troubleshooting procedures.
  • Complete maintenance and administrative forms, as well as provide property accountability for assigned property.
  • Provide assistance and mentorship to welding procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Perform duties as a site Field Representative, including environmental, hazmat, safety, fire prevention, and administrative functions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
  • 6-9 years of related work experience, with equivalent military service acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide high-level support in stressful situations.
  • Documented commercial training and/or experience preferred, with military school-trained wheel vehicle mechanics acceptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a successful NACI background for CAC and access to military installations.
  • US citizenship required.
