Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a Cardiac Sonographer to work in a hospital setting, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging procedures to diagnose and monitor cardiac conditions.
  • Operate and maintain cardiac imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and develop treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cardiac imaging technologies and techniques to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer from Cardiac Credentialing International (CCI) or a registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • Two years of Cardiac Sonography experience in a hospital or outpatient setting, with knowledge of cardiac equipment.
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
