Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support our Financial Services Department in Raleigh, NC.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide professional accounting and financial-related advisory services to municipal utilities and electric cooperatives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and databases using Excel and Access.
  • Conduct cost-of-service studies and design utility rates.
  • Assist in preparing financial plans and forecasts.
  • Perform cost/benefit analyses and prepare presentations.
  • Testify as an expert on behalf of clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of rate and/or utility experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
