  • Provide administrative support for contract administration, customer service, and order history.
  • Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, and sponsorship proposals.
  • Generate contract confirmations, reports related to sales activities and revenue data, pool reports, unapproved credits, and other sales-related documents.
  • Respond to client requests, such as spot times.
  • Record and forward checks, handle contracts for Account Executives, prepare presentations, type and proofread correspondence, file and make copies, and relieve the receptionist.

Qualifications:

  • Manage time effectively, focus on urgent and important tasks, avoid procrastination, follow up, and show strong attention to detail.
  • Adapt to shifts in priorities and urgencies.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Viero and Sales Force or demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.
  • Actively listen, clearly and effectively convey information, use professional telephone skills, demonstrate effective business writing skills, and show excellent grasp of grammar.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal skills, collaborate with others, maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit and show a desire to move up.

Work Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a radio role.

Education:

4-year college degree.
