We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float nursing pool at Chapel Manor in Philadelphia, PA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build a flexible schedule that suits your needs while delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Regional Float LPN, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred).
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
