• Assemble dampers according to design specifications and work instructions
• Use precise measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform quality control checks to ensure dampers meet quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with deadlines to meet
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

• High school graduate or equivalent work experience
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly and quality control
• Basic computer skills and shop math skills
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints

• Regular attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
• Lifting parts up to 50 lbs. and working in a production environment
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and maneuver product around the production area
