Landscape Architect

About the Role:

As a Landscape Designer at Level Green Landscaping, you will be responsible for having a firm understanding of Landscape Architecture or Design principles. You will work closely with our Account Management and Business Development teams to conceptualize and bring to fruition innovative ideas for the improvement of the landscapes our company maintains, as well as for properties we are trying to sell as new work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account managers to enhance our brand and drive profitable revenue growth amongst all branch locations.
• Possess excellent communication, design, technical, graphic, and visualization skills.
• Work with Account Managers in multiple branches to ensure that clients understand the conceptual designs, enhancing our mission of providing excellent customer service.
• Create 3D and perspective renderings.
• Have familiarity with plant materials used effectively within Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
• Travel to project sites throughout our service area to perform site inventory and analysis.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three or more (3+) years of Landscape Architecture or Design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Familiarity with the following design software: Pro Landscaping, Vector Works (CAD), Photoshop, IN Design, Nscape, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong people skills to positively interact with clients and co-workers.
• Ability to collaborate with management and leadership.
• Strong background in various design technology.
• Experience effectively presenting conceptual designs to clients in a personable manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Computer Skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
