Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough inspections and performs major repairs to heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment.
  • Performs major repairs to plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • Ensures that electrical systems, including power and lighting systems, are functioning properly and makes necessary repairs.
  • Performs major repairs to building, furniture, bathrooms, guest rooms, and other areas as needed, including painting tasks.
  • Monitors and maintains equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Ensures effective energy management by monitoring mechanical, electrical, and water usage.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Requirements:

  • High School degree with 2 years of advanced vocational training or equivalent and 3 years of maintenance experience.
