Key Responsibilities:

Where and how will you assist our clients?

- Complete our comprehensive, company-sponsored training to master the skills required for managing a pest control service route.
- Prepare and implement home services, including but not limited to, attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Operate a company vehicle and adhere to a scheduled route within your designated area, ensuring timely and safe service delivery.
- Engage with customers by setting clear project expectations and guiding them through the process to guarantee satisfaction.
- Act as a problem solver for clients, determining the most effective pest management solutions tailored to their needs.
- Accurately complete all service-related documentation using the handheld device provided for efficiency.

Qualifications:

What Do You Need to Succeed?

- No prior experience is necessary; we will train you to become a professional.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is mandatory.
- Must obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
- Capability to work independently in the field, manage route-based tasks, and interact positively with customers.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
