Job Description:

The City of Bend, OR is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to oversee construction issues in the Right of Way (ROW). This role involves supervising a unit of staff focused on inspecting various construction projects throughout the city. The successful candidate will maintain and provide interpretations of the City's standards and specifications for public improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise engineering inspectors in field investigations and inspections
* Enforce City of Bend Standards and Specifications
* Direct and approve planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, training, and reviewing work of a diverse workforce

Skill Requirements:
* Maintain working knowledge of advanced construction inspection methods and practices
* Ability to supervise a multicultural workforce
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:
* Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 4-5 years' experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
* 2-3 years managerial experience
