Position Details:
- Employment Type: W2 Full Time Contract
- Location: Placentia, CA
- Caseload: K-12 students with diverse needs, including those utilizing AAC devices and PECS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to the formulation of IEP objectives.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with applicable regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rates starting at $50-$60, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
