  • Provide callers with information about the organization, including address, directions, and other relevant details.
  • Welcome visitors and applicants to the office.
  • Perform various clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
