Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to join our team at TapClicks. As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation projects for technical systems, software, or solutions on behalf of TapClicks clients.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure implementation projects deliver on schedule and budget.
  • Evaluate client needs, document workflows, and business requirements.
  • Direct a Junior Business Analyst in best practices for documenting business requirements.
  • Develop configurations that support business processes, plan, and execute on delivery and implementation plans, test, and troubleshoot final system setups.
  • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience participating or leading Enterprise Implementation projects.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Ability to travel 25% domestically.
