Foreclosure Specialist Job Description

Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm that leverages technology to create workflow synergies with clients and business partners. As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will be part of a full-service provider of legal services to depository and non-depository financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our service vendor to ensure files are processed weekly
  • Verify that service is properly completed and prepare necessary documents
  • Communicate with clients via email, telephone, and client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines
  • Manage and prioritize a large workload, utilizing strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems preferred
  • Previous law firm or loan processing experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the service process and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and good attendance are essential
  • Team player with good judgment and communication skills
