Warehouse Director

**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that we meet our customer service and operational efficiency targets. This includes supervising a team of associates, implementing process improvements, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

**Responsibilities**

• Supervise a team of associates to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them

• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting our customer service standards

• Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

**Salary Range**

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$110,000, based on location and experience.
