Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical lead role, with a strong background in C/C++ and game engine development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, real-time 3D platforms, with a focus on performance, memory usage, and stability
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in running successful teams and developing great talent
  • Expertise in game development skills like rendering, networking, and physics, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time communication
  • Ability to define and drive technical roadmaps, with a focus on innovation and growth
