Compensation:
Full-Time EMTs: $29.64 per hour
Part-Time EMTs: $31.64 per hour

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Capable of drafting simple correspondence or reports.

• Able to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

• Familiarity with state and organizational protocols, operational procedures, and safety policies.

• Knowledge of techniques for delivering on-site emergency medical services.

Education, Experience, and Licensing:
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Pennsylvania EMT certification.

• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification.

• EVOC and EMSVO certifications (provided if not previously held).

• Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 (available online).

• Familiarity with laboratory best practices and equipment.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a medical technician or medical laboratory technician is required.

• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.

• An associate's degree from an accredited clinical laboratory science program is required.

• A MLT license from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) is necessary.
