Rhode Island Residential Assisted Living is in search of a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become an integral part of our dedicated caregiving team. As a caregiver in our community, you will deliver tailored support in a warm household atmosphere where residents, caregivers, and staff are treated like family. You will collaborate closely with the owners of this family-operated establishment, continually working to foster an environment where companionship and advocacy for care empower our residents to maintain their independence, age gracefully, and feel secure with the daily assistance they require.

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to serve as a 'universal worker.' Rather than being confined to a single repetitive task, you will have the opportunity to engage in various caregiving activities, including:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Medication management (if qualified as a Med Tech, with additional compensation)
  • Facilitating engaging activities for residents
  • Light meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Performing homemaker-like tasks
