Job Description

This is a key leadership position responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting the marketing leaders in exploring innovative ways to enhance efficiency and problem-solving. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create and identify novel solutions to current challenges, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a cohesive and productive team culture by promoting open communication, encouraging collaboration, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Monitor and track individual team member goals and performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on marketing processes, systems, and hotel tours to ensure team members possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance the onboarding process and foster a sense of belonging within the team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help team members grow professionally and achieve their full potential.
  • Facilitate mentor scheduling with new hires to facilitate maximum learning and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with management to assign tasks and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of Timeshare Marketing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and motivate individuals in the sales field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
