Job Description

**Job Title:** Pedagogical Specialist - Counseling and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to our management and executive level staff on legal and professional issues related to municipal day care centers and school care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and accompaniment on legal and professional matters to management and executive level staff.
  • Develop and implement training, further education, and coaching measures to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Support the implementation and development of projects related to childcare and education.
  • Participate in management meetings and team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Pedagogy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Additional qualification as a state-recognized educator is highly desirable.
  • High social competence with a positive and appreciative attitude.
  • Thorough knowledge of the orientation plan, observation instruments, portfolio work, etc.
  • Willingness to participate in further education and training.

What We Offer:

  • Remuneration according to pay group S15.
  • Annual special payment amounting to currently 70.28% of monthly basic salary.
  • Annual bonus payment for above-average performance.
  • Company pension (supplementary pension) with an employer contribution of approximately 97%.
