Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position at the Anne Carlsen Center for Children is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will implement direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA), to support the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client individualized care plans and behavioral intervention programs
  • Provide training, guidance, and direction to the client's team and staff
  • Effectively utilize problem-solving skills in determining client needs and staff training needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification within 4 months of employment
  • Knowledge of Windows, Intranet, Internet, and Telehealth technology
  • Ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information in meaningful ways using emails, phones, etc.
