We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team at Physician Empire. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
LocationThe office is located in Georgia, approximately 35 miles from Albany, 50 miles from Warner Robins, 1 hour from Macon, and 2 hours from downtown Atlanta.
Work ScheduleThe Pediatrician will work Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, with 7 days of coverage per week.
Benefits- Malpractice and liability insurance (under the FTCA)
- Health Insurance through Cigna
- Retirement plan with employer matching up to 5% of salary after 2 years
- CME funds of $1500 annually
- 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO per year
- 40 hours of CME leave per year
- 8 Paid Holidays
The Pediatrician will be eligible for a productivity bonus of $15 per visit for any visit over 300 in a month's time. Additionally, quality indicators will be used to determine eligibility for a bonus up to $5,000 every 6 months.
About the RoleThe Pediatrician will be responsible for attending c-sections, newborn rounding, and pediatric admissions. The office is a hospital-based setting with 3 Pediatricians on call 1:4.
