Used Car Sales Director

Mastria Automotive seeks a seasoned Used Car Sales Director with dealership management experience and strong communication skills to manage pre-owned inventory, meet sales targets, and develop relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, purchase, and price used cars to optimize inventory levels.
- Meet monthly sales forecasts and gross profit objectives.
- Maintain a professional management style that sets an example for enthusiasm and accountability.
- Support other operational units to achieve maximum return on opportunity.
- Assist new car and used sales associates in closing sales as needed.
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage all aspects of the sales department.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience as Used Car Manager.
- Multi-talented individual focused on working with CRM systems.
- Strong closing requirements are essential.
- Used car buying experience.
- Enthusiastic and high-energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing and friendly personality when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Quality customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, along with benefits such as medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with employer match, paid holiday, paid vacation, and state-of-the-art facilities.
