Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RN to join our team and provide exceptional clinical care and relationship management to our clients. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
  • Provide exceptional clinical care and relationship management to clients
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
