POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a part-time Armed Security Executive Driver to ensure the utmost safety and service for our executives, particularly the CEO and Board Chairperson.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the Greater Philadelphia area. The Security Executive Driver will operate a company-provided vehicle for various corporate and personal engagements, including airport transfers, local dining, and errands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver safe, efficient, and comfortable driving services while adhering to all applicable laws.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, including service appointments and professional cleaning, ensuring reliability and cleanliness.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
- Maintain detailed travel logs, documenting mileage, locations, travel duration, work hours, and related expenses.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold the privacy and confidentiality of all passengers.
- Prepare for unexpected travel disruptions with contingency routing.
- Provide security support and protection for passengers when necessary.
- Engage with the public in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of an IL Concealed Weapon Permit and certification under IL Act 430.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks, including child abuse, state, and federal screenings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer or Military Police Officer, or six months as a security officer, or two years of active-duty military service with honorable discharge.
