The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, setting realistic timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools (e.g., project management software, MS Office).
