Key Responsibilities
The Bankruptcy Operations Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Vice President of the Division to ensure effective management of each bankruptcy case, aiming to uphold the Bank's Creditor position and optimize recovery through favorable Bankruptcy treatment or collateral resolution.

Essential Duties
- Manage the Bankruptcy Portfolio
- Formulate and execute strategies for Bankruptcy treatment and collateral resolution that align with Bank and Small Business Administration policies
- Prepare and submit Bankruptcy Proof of Claims
- Oversee Bankruptcy case management and serve as a liaison to legal counsel
- Onboard and manage Bankruptcy files
- Conduct scheduled case maintenance
- Analyze collateral packages to estimate recovery potential
- Facilitate recommendations for Bankruptcy and Collateral through structured communication with stakeholders
- Handle late-stage delinquency tasks
- Perform Small Business Administration-related duties
- Manage original Bankruptcy notifications and mail
- Supervise employee activities
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Bankruptcy
- At least 3 years of Management experience
- Preferred background in commercial lending/banking
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, showcasing excellent time management and planning skills
- Strong technical proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, internet, Pacer, Lexis Nexis, and SharePoint/OneDrive
- Adaptability to changing departmental priorities while remaining focused on daily tasks
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and collaborate effectively
