The Delaware Schools Consortium is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to providing high-quality education to students in Delaware. We are seeking a talented and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a key member of our special education department.

About the Role:

  • Assess students to identify potential communication deficits/needs, including articulation, expressive/receptive language, and pragmatic skills.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide transdisciplinary speech and language services within the natural context of the school day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Delaware.
  • ASHA certified or working toward ASHA certification during Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Ability to stand and work continuously for a minimum of 4 hours per workday.
  • Minimum lifting requirements- 50 pounds (with assistance).
