Production Supervisor

Overview: As a key member of the Marvin team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Reporting to a supervisor, you will provide first-level direction and supervision to employees, assigning work and monitoring their progress. Your knowledge of production processes will enable you to coordinate department activities effectively, maintaining standards of safety, quality, delivery, and production.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Engage and empower work cells to execute strategies set by supervisors. Coach operators to elevate performance and effectiveness, encouraging and motivating them to achieve their best. Resolve employee issues as they arise and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, delivery, and production performance measures.
- Process Oversight: Understand departmental opportunities and challenges, planning and communicating daily crew assignments, job rotation, and training. Monitor process adjustments to ensure even product flow.
- Daily Management: Coordinate work to meet delivery objectives, balancing workloads to ensure an even flowing process. Responsible for cross-training to enable labor movement, plan and communicate crewing and job assignments, reinforce improvements, and identify obstructions to meeting daily goals.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous management or coordination experience.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.
