Store Director

Goodwill Industries of Central and Coastal Virginia seeks a talented Retail Lead Associate to lead a retail location, donation site, and in-store production facility. In the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager, this individual directs the work tasks of assigned associates.

The Retail Lead Associate plays a crucial role in contributing to our mission by leading a team of associates in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include:

• Directing associate work tasks in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager
• Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive shopping experience
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store image

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
