About the Role

AminoChain is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interfaces of novel healthcare applications on our decentralized protocol infrastructure.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually stunning designs that improve the usability and accessibility of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Iteratively improve user experience, take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and through to production
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity guidelines
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our platform
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
  • Passionate and interested in Crypto and blockchain; Candidates with prior biotech products a definite plus
  • Prior early stage / start-up experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Excellence in UX thinking, visual design and written communication
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of responsive design and experience designing for Web and Mobile devices
  • Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
