Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding repair statuses.
  • Complete service documentation in accordance with company protocols.
  • Manage inventory of parts on service vehicles to ensure readiness.
  • Uphold the maintenance of service vehicles, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications.
  • Possess necessary hand tools for the trade.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn and adapt.
  • Universal EPA certification is preferred.
