Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Richfield, Ohio. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our healthcare staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, adhering to care plans and protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs, report concerns to supervising staff, and provide regular updates to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, performing tasks such as changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Transport residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
