Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Reliant - Sapphire at Myrtle Point. The ideal candidate will have a current Oregon license and at least two years of recent experience in a Hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and make a significant impact in the healthcare community
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Meet the requirements for a current Oregon license and at least two years of recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a Hospital setting
Requirements:
  • Current Resume
  • Current Oregon license, in the process of obtaining or willing to obtain the state's specific license
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical
  • TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
